Report Abuse, Neglect, or Fraud

We know it can be difficult to know where to turn when you suspect abuse, neglect, exploitation, or fraud — especially when it involves a person with a disability.

While Disability Justice is often not the best place to report these issues, we want to make it easier for you to find the right agency or authority in Colorado that can help.

This page provides information and links to appropriate reporting options, depending on the situation.
