Morgan Hecht Dominguez

Disability Rights Attorney

Morgan Hecht Dominguez joined Disability Justice in 2025. She spent nearly a decade enforcing civil rights laws at the U.S. Department of Transportation, where she led investigations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, developed national compliance initiatives, and provided policy guidance and training to public agencies across the country. 

Morgan’s passion for disability justice is rooted in her family experience and deepened by her early work as a social worker supporting survivors of domestic violence. Morgan earned a JD from the UCLA School of Law, where she specialized in public interest law and policy and critical race studies.

Morgan enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her wife and daughter.
