Molly Hostetler joined Disability Justice in 2023. She previously spent 15 years representing indigent criminal defendants in juvenile, felony, trial, and appellate matters at the Public Defender’s Office in Colorado Springs.
After earning a JD from American University, Molly clerked with the senior Judges of the D.C. Court of Appeals. She later worked for then-Senator Joe Biden.
Molly grew up in Denver and has family roots in southern Colorado. She enjoys hanging out in her backyard with her giant dog.
