Bob Mook

Development Manager

Bob Mook joined Disability Justice in 2024. His passion for disability rights is informed by observing the challenges and opportunities his close friends and family with disabilities face day to day. 

With more than two decades of experience in strategic communications and content development, Bob has dedicated his career to advocacy and journalism. He honed his skills in grant writing, fundraising, and digital storytelling at the Colorado Center on Law and Policy, the Colorado Health Foundation and the University of Colorado College of Nursing.

Bob excels at making complex policy understandable, crafting compelling narratives and managing successful communication campaigns. He has earned awards from the Colorado Healthcare Communicators, the Colorado Society of Professional Journalists, and the Colorado Press Association.

Bob earned a bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver. He enjoys cycling, listening to music, playing board games and reading.
