Tess Rittenberg (she/her) joined Disability Justice in June 2026. Prior to joining the team, she was the Policy Fellow at the Colorado Children’s Campaign, where she helped pass a bill protecting disability rights in public schools, and a Bilingual Housing Case Manager at Jewish Family Service of Colorado. She also did an externship with Disability Justice in 2023.
Tess holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Colorado College.
In her free time, Tess enjoys theater (both watching and performing), live music, and exploring the Colorado area.
